Second Round of ARPA Funding Clarification
To clarify the notice that went out IRIS on Friday on the second round of the ARPA Funding. This is not just for applicants wanting to merge or consolidate, anyone who did not receive ARPA funding in the first round can apply for these monies, those wishing to consolidate or merger will receive additional bonus points if their application includes merger/consolidation.
