Utility Technician – Bolton, MS
Inframark is looking for a Utility Technician in Bolton, Mississippi.
The Utility Technician is responsible for performing various general labor activities that provide assistance at the jobsite.
Salary: up to $18/hr depending on level of experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform basic installation, repair and maintenance of sewer collections/water distribution systems
- Perform general housekeeping and grounds maintenance duties
- Maintain, clean and stock materials on trucks and equipment
- Makes scheduled inspections
- Read meters on assigned route; ensure proper functioning of meters; identifies irregularities and reports to supervisor
- Operate assigned company vehicle and maintains vehicle in clean condition
- Other duties as assigned
- Willing to work all shifts, including: weekends, holidays, evening and 24-hour emergency on call
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License and maintains insurable driving record.
Technical: Ability to follow manual & operating instructions. Knowledge of process control techniques, maintenance procedures & safety practices. Ability to perform routine maintenance/repairs. Ability to work with required tools (including jack hammer, demolishing saw, etc.). Comfortable in and around water/raw sewage.
Communication: Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Willing to help others. Maintains composure in challenging situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to: frequently lift 50-80 pounds; load, unload & move large equipment/tools; access confined spaces; continuously walk and climb stairs and ladders.
