North Circuit Rider
I currently reside in Shannon, Mississippi, with my wife of 33 years, Linda. We are the parents of two children, Chris and Tina and are also the proud grandparents of an 8-year-old grandson, Riley.
With nearly 20 years as water, sewer and gas superintendent for the Town of Shannon, and 13 years as Circuit Rider for the Mississippi Rural Water Association, I have committed three decades of my life to the water industry.
I have an unquestionable commitment to the task of assisting public water systems, which been my trademark during my tenure at the Mississippi Rural Water Association. Systems have grown to depend upon my knowledge and experience to assist them with a wide array of issues. Evidence of this can be clearly found in my literally thousands of hours of on-site technical assistance.
I currently maintain certifications in both water and wastewater and am also an integral component of Mississippi Rural Water’s training staff.
In my spare time, I enjoy hunting, fishing and raising a garden. I have also served over 20 years as a volunteer fireman and am a past president of the Mississippi Natural Gas Association.
I am honored to have had the opportunity to work for and with such hard working, caring people. It’s hard work, but it is certainly a rewarding and fulfilling career.
